Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, error in pricing, or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Indemnification:
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Conquer Colorado from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions to include a breach under the platforms listed above.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado for the resolution of any disputes. You further understand and consent that Conquer Colorado has the ability to force arbitration should they deem that a better alternative—this is at exclusive and sole discretion of Conquer Colorado.
Termination Clause:
Conquer Colorado may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
You may also choose at any time to terminate your account by notifying us by e-mail at

All provisions of this Agreement will survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
***Shipping policy (Subject To Change)
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping, Domestic US Only, is available on specified products and on orders over $75 or more after taxes and discounts are applied.
Local delivery
We ship to the Domestic US only at this time. Subject to change.
In-store pickup
We do not offer local pick-up options.
International Shipping
None at this time.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Conquer Colorado is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@joeoutdoors.tv with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@joeoutdoors.tv with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
